According to the Global Green Finance Index, which assesses and ranks the world's financial centers each year, Montreal is positioned among the leaders in sustainable finance in North America. To support this large-scale transformation of the financial sector, the academic community must demonstrate increased agility to ensure that the next generation is competent in this field. Hence the congruence between training in sustainable finance, the skills taught and the talent needs of financial institutions is essential for the development of this strategic sector in Quebec.

During this special two-part event, the results of the study "Responsible investment professions: analysis of the talent pool in Quebec", carried out by Finance Montreal, will be shared in exclusivity and participants will have the chance to hear representatives of the academic, corporate and student circles discuss the importance of integrating the concepts of sustainable finance into the traditional school curriculum.
