In recent years, legal opinions on ESG criteria and fiduciary duty have evolved rapidly. But the changes are not limited to legal opinions. They reflect changes in the investment community in particular, where ESG issues are becoming an increasingly important part of the decision-making process 

On October 12, the Sustainable Finance Summit is back with an off meeting on fiduciary duty and the consideration of ESG factors in Quebec. On this occasion, Finance Montréal will present an exclusive first report on the state of investment management in Quebec pension plans. 

Together, our speakers will attempt to clear up the confusion surrounding fiduciary duty and the integration of ESG criteria and will discuss the changes at work in the investment world.
